• Pat Weller
  Pat has worked for over 30 years as an Arts Manager, most recently as Executive Director for the Royal Exchange Theatre. Her experience has included managing large scale organisations, project managing, capital projects and producing. She has indepth knowledge of budgeting, business planning, arts funders and funding applications, licencing and contractual requirements. She is currently producing a new Opera for The Sage Gateshead, commissioning a Creative Industries Centre for Lancaster City and carrying out a feasibility study for a new Drama School in Manchester.



• Joanne Williams
  Joanne has in-depth knowledge of developing and evaluating projects for statutory and third sector organisations, arts and environmental charities. Most recently she has produced a Cultural Impact Study for Manchester City Council’s DIG community archaeology project; carried out Market Research and Planning for a High Peak Borough Council visitor attraction; is facilitating a sustainable livelihoods project for Oxfam and is an Advisor for The Wildlife Trusts on a Lottery funded project.
